摘要
本文利用正庚醇或正辛醇与白炭黑表面羟基反应制备了酯化白炭黑。测定了酯化白炭黑的物理化学性质、差热分析和红外光谱。结果表明:(1)白炭黑酯化后,比表面、真密度、水蒸气吸附量以及对水的润湿热均显著减少;(2)酯化白炭黑的表面酯基在空气中280~325℃破坏;(3)酯化白炭黑在水中长期浸泡,表面酯基可部分水解为羟基。
The esterified white carbon has been prepared by the reaction between the surface hydroxyl groups of white carbon and n-heptanol or n-octanol. The physicochemical properties, DTA and IR for esterified samples were determined. The results indicate: (1) for all esterified samples S, dr, water vapor adsorption and heat of wetting in water are all decreased; (2) the surface ester groups of esterified samples are destroyed at 280-325℃ in air, and they can be partially hydrolyzed to hydroxyl groups by soaking in water for a long time.
