本文介绍了双丙酮丙烯酰胺的合成。丙酮经缩合制得双丙酮醇后在98%浓硫酸作用下与丙烯腈反应生成中间体5.6-二氢化-6-羟基-4,4,6-三甲基-2-乙烯基-1,3-(4,H)-氧氮芑硫酸盐(用丙酮洗涤此中间体以除去油状杂质及硫酸)后碱性水解得到双丙酮丙烯酰胺。作者通过正交实验对反应条件进行了优选,从而提高了产品的收率。
The synthesis of diacetone acrylamide, which is very good in fine chemicals are described in this paper, this paper is disclosed acrylonitrile and diacetone alcohol ( by means of acetone condensation ) are reacted in at least 98% sulfuric acid to form a novel intermediate reaction product which is recovered as crystalline solid, washed with acetone to remove colored oily impurities along with sulfuric acid, and hydrolyzed to produce diacetone acrylamide. The author has studied the diffierent reaction conditions. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design. The productivity of the product can reach 60%.
