摘要
本文用不同的蛋白质提取方法与测定方法,对山西运城盐湖卤虫卵及成虫与天津塘沽盐湖卤虫卵及成虫进行比较分析,证明卤虫卵的蛋白质含量和氨基酸含量高于成虫,而且卵的蛋白质电泳图谱与其成虫的不同,运城卤虫卵和成虫的蛋白质含量略低于天津卤虫卵和成虫。但运城卤虫成体的必需氨基酸含量与总氨基酸含量的比值却略高于天津成虫的。可见运城卤虫具有丰富的营养和较大的开发价值。
To extract the protein, with diffrent ways, from the Artemia sp in Yuncheng salt lake in ShanXi and Tian Jin salt lake and to assay it, comparing and analying been proved that the protein content and the total amino-acid content in eggs of Artemia are higher than that in adult Artemia, And the protein-electrophoretogram between them is different. The protein content in the eggs and in the adult in YunCheng is lower than that in the eggs and adult of the Tian Jin's. But the ratio value of the total content between the essential amino-acid and the amino-acid in the adult of the Yuncheng's is bit higher than in thd adult of the TanJin's, So the Artemia SP in the YunCheng salt lake has rich nutrition and worth developing
