草木樨子叶愈伤组织单细胞培养及植株再生

STUDY ON THE PLANT REGENRATION FROM MONOCELL CULTURES DERIVED FROM COTYLEDEN CALLUS IN MELILOTUS SUAVEOLENS

本文对草木樨子叶愈伤组织进行了单细胞悬浮培养,对基本培养基MS和改良B_5、2.4—D浓度对单细胞分裂增殖的影响进行了研究,并再生出植株。

This paper was devoted to the study of the culture conditions for callus induction and cell suspension culture as well as plant regeneration in M. Suaveolens. 2、4—D was important auxin to induce callus in the plant and to affect division of moneall. MS and modified B_5 medium, these two kinds of medium were both suitble for culturing, Plant regeneration took place only in media with reduced concentration of cytokinins and auxins. So far. no work was reported about plant regeneration from monocell in M. Suaveolens.
