关于蔗糖发生银镜反应的探讨

本文对目前通用的有机化学教科书中蔗糖不能与Tollens试剂发生银镜反应的结论提出置疑,得出在某些条件下,蔗糖可以发生银镜反应,还可与苯肼成脎,并对实验结果作出解释。

This paper raises doubts about the vetdict,appeared in the popularly--used text- book of organic chemistry. That silver mirror reaction does not take place between cane sugar and the Tollens reagent, and reaches a Condusion that silver mirror reaction Could take place for Cane sugar and form osazone with phenylhydrazine. Explanation is provided for the experiment result.
