醇溶蛋白凝胶电泳方法在作物品种鉴定中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用醇溶蛋白凝胶电泳方法对陕西关中地区的33个小麦品种进行电泳分析,得出的各品种的电泳图谱及电泳模式证明,小麦种子醇溶蛋白凝胶电泳图谱具有良好的重现性、多态性和特异性,是用作品种鉴定的好方法。在此基础上,根据33个小麦品种的电泳图谱和电泳模式,制出了小麦品种鉴定检索表。与同工酶法相比,该方法所需仪器设备少,简便易行,不损伤种子发芽力。对大麦的初步研究表明,该方法用于大麦品种鉴定也是可行的。文中对该方法在遗传育种方面的应用也作了探讨。 Thirty-three wheat varieties in Guanzhong, Shaanxi were analysedusing GHadin Gel electrophoresis. The electrophoretogram and electrophoresis patterns obtained indicated that Gliadin Gel electrophoretogram of wheat seeds had a very good repeatability, pleomorphism and speciality, which was the best method in the identification of crop varieties. Based on the electrophoretogram and electrophoresis patterns, the index table of wheat variety identification was established. As Compared with isoenzyme this method needed muchless equipment and didn't affect seed germination and was easy to use. The primary study of barley variety showed that the method was also feasible in barley variety idenbification. Also, this paper discusses the applicatio-n of the method to genetic breeding.
