摘要小鼠臣细胞病毒(murine cytomegalovirus,MCMV)是最早分离并在细胞培养中增殖的一种巨细胞病毒(Smith,1954)。小鼠群中的 MCMV 感染,在急性感染时的发病过程、潜伏期,以及在免疫抑制、输血或组织移植后的激化过程等很多方面,都与人类的相应感染很相似(Hudson,1979;Jordan,1983;
