摘要
用维生素C对小鼠进行免疫功能实验,结果表明,大剂量维生素C对免疫器官的重量和血清溶菌酶含量没有影响,但能显著提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和淋巴细胞对PHA的转化反应(P<0.01)。
Abstract Immunologic function in mice was tested using vit. C. The result showed that large dose vit, C had no influence on the weight of the immunologic organs and contents of serum lysozyme but could remarkablly strengthen phagocytic function of macrophages and transforming reaction of lymphocytes to PHA (P<0.01).
