摘要
回顾性诊断白血病前期(白前)11例,后经30～2 310天变成急性白血病。白前这种前驱血液学异常与继后的急白之间有内在联系。两者都属于克隆性多能干细胞疾病,都有骨髓异常增生,呈病态造血,但两者又有许多不同之处。
11 cases of preleukemia were diagnosed retrospec tirely. The durations from diagnosis to tranforming into acute leukomia were 30~2310 days rese-pectively, a hematological abnormality, having an internal relations with the succeeding leukemia was elonal pluripotential slem cell disease, which belonged to the dyshemopoiesis. There were a lots of differences between preleukemia and acute leukemia.
