银屑病患者的心理痛苦水平及其成因的调查分析

PSYCHOLOGICAL PAINFUL STATE OF THE PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS AND THE ANYLIZATION OF THE CAUZE

采用SCL—90、EPQ、生活事件量表以及自编的心理应对方式调查表,对78例银屑病患者的心理痛苦水平及其成因进行了调查分析。发现银屑病患者普遍存在心理困扰,且尤以女患为重。这种差异和女患过分外向、不善于掩饰的人格特征有关。总体的心理痛苦水平和生活事件,强的神经质特点及压抑的应对方式有关。作者建议重视银屑病患者的心理治疗,在心理治疗的同时应考虑上述特点。

In the composition we adopt SCL-90, EPQ, the Life Events Scale and the Scale of the defense mechanism which is laid out by ourselies through the investigation and anylization of 78 cases about the psychological painful state of the patients with psoriasis. It is found that most of the patients suffered from psoriasis caused by spychological factor, especially the female. The state of their psychological pain closelgrelates to the life events, the defens mechanism of the repression, the unstable mood and the personality which can not be hidden, The auther suggests that the great attention should be paid to the psychological treatment of the patients and the characteristics mentioned above should also be considered.
