摘要
本文对光合速率较高的野生一粒小麦(T.boeoticum.Boiss)的叶片解剖结构及光合生态反应进行初步探讨,并与普通小麦中国春(T.aestivum cv.Chinese Spring)作了比较。结果表明,野生一粒小麦在叶片维管束解剖结构、水分利用效率及光合速率对光、温和CO_2的反应方面类似于 C_4植物。但它仍具有较高的 CO_2的补偿点。可考虑将野生一粒小麦用于普通小麦光合作用的遗传改良计划。
In this paper.a comparison between T.boeoticum and T.aestivum cv.Chinese Springin some photosynthetic characteristics were made.The results indicated that the wilddiploid T.boeoticum was similar to C_4 plants in leaf anatomy and in the response to light,temperature,CO_2 concentration and water.It was proposed that T.boeoticum with higherPn could be used in the genetic improvement of photosynthesis in wheat.
