马铃薯品种对细菌软腐病抗性生理指标的研究——Ⅲ.品种的酚类物质含量及其与软腐病抗性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 在贮藏过程中,马铃薯块茎的二元酚含量与抗病性变化有正相关性,而全酚变化与抗病性变化趋势相反。17个品种中有9个的全酚含量与抗病性之间有负相关性。低温及部分厌气处理均使薯块抗病性下降,但对抗感程度不同的品种酚含量的影响无共同规律。块茎受细菌侵染后,病组织中全酚和二元酚含量均下降,但在侵染初期,病健交界处的组织中有大量二元酚的积累。 Relationship between the content of total phenolics(TP)or dihydricphenols(DP)in different varietiesand their soft rot resistance was researched.A positive relation was found between DP content in thestored tubers and their resistance.In 9 out of 17 varieties,the TP content was negatively related to diseaseresistance.Treating tubers at low temperatures or at anatobic condition could reduce their resistance,butshowed various effects on the TP content of different varieties.Both TP and DP content in rotted tissueswere reduced,while a lot of DP accumulated in tissues adjacent to rotting tissues.The role in potato resist-ance played by phenolics was discussed.
