几种软腐欧氏杆菌对马铃薯致病性及块茎感病性的研究

摘要 3类软腐欧氏杆菌在不同温度下对马铃薯块茎的致病性差异很大。在2l±1℃,致病力的强弱顺序为 Eca,Ecc,Ech;26+2℃时为 Ecc,Ech,Eca;而31.5℃时则为 Ech,Ecc,Eca.Ecc,Ech 随温度升高而致病力增强,比较了克新1号和内薯1号品种对软腐病的感病性,发现当接种方法不同时,两个品种的抗性次序不同。同一品种薯块的茎端比芽端的感病性强。 There was a great variation in pathogenicity to potato tubers at temperatures testedamong soft rot erwinias.When temperature was at 21±1℃,Eca has the strongestvirulence,Ech the weakest,but at 26±2℃,Ecc induced the largest soft rot,followed byEch,while temperature was 31℃,the order of pathogenicity was Ech,Ecc and Eca.Viru-lence of Ecc and Ech was gradually increased as temperature increased.Eca has the weakestpathogenicity at 26±2℃.The susceptibility of 2 varieties could be exchanged by changes ininoculum methods.On the tuber,stem end was always more susceptible than bud end.
