蚜虫在病毒复合侵染病株上吸食后的传毒特性 被引量:1

摘要 蚜虫从蚕豆萎蔫病毒(BBWV)和大豆花叶病毒(SMV)复合侵染的大豆(Glycine max)上吸食后的传毒效率都比从单独侵染的病株上饲毒后传毒效率低.蚜虫先获得一种病毒对另一种病毒传播效率有影响;蚜虫获得这两种病毒的先后顺序对这两种病毒的传播也有影响,蚜虫先获 BBWV 继而获得 SMV,则 SMV 的传毒效率比从单独被 SMV 侵染的病株上获毒的传毒效率高.反之,蚜虫先获得 SMV ,再获得 BBWV,这两种病毒的传播效率都比从单独侵染的病株上传毒效率低.多头桃蚜从复合感染的大豆病株上同时获得 BBWV 和SMV 或从单独侵染的大豆病株上先后获得这两种病毒,都能把两种病毒同时传播至大豆健株.单头蚜虫也能从复合感染的大豆病株上把这两种病毒同时传播给健康大豆. Two virus isolates were obtained from a naturally infection soybean plant.One wasidentified as soybean mosaic virus(SMV)and another broad bean wilt virus(BBWV).Thestudies on the interaction of these two viruses in mixed infection were carried.The aphidtransmission tests indicated that in most cases,transmission frequency of either virus fromsingle infection was higher than that in mixed transmission,regardless of,when in themixed transmission tests,whether the two viruses were acquired simultaneously by aphidsfrom doubly infected plants or succesively by aphids probed first on one,and then on an-other,singly-infected plants,except when BBWV was acquired first by aphids,the trans-mission frequency of SMV was slightly higher than that the existent of one virus or prioracquisition of one virus could affect the transmission of another virus.And the sequence ofacquisition by aphids of the two viruses also had influence on their transmission.Fromdoubly-infected plants individual Myzus persicae could transmit SMV and BBWVsimultanously,but less frequently than groups of aphids.
