摘要
实验动物为均装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的4头阉公湖羊,3头母海子水牛,3头沙能杂种山羊.动物舍饲,饲喂青草或稻草.实验结果表明,瘤胃碳酸、磷酸及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)3系统的总积分缓冲容量与滴定值基本吻合.总容量中碳酸系统占43.9%~70.4%,VFA 系统占19.2%~47.0%,而磷酸系统一般不到10%.水牛青草期瘤胃总积分缓冲容量为69.3mmolL^(-1),稻草期为81.7mmolL^(-1),湖羊则分别为57.5和61.5mmolL^(-1),水牛瘤胃缓冲能力高于湖羊或山羊(p<0.01).
A method was presented for the analysis of buffer system in the rumen through.calcu-lating the integral buffer capacities(IBC)or differential buffer capacities(DBC)of bicar-bonatc,phosphate and volitile fatty acid(VFA)according to the buffer agents and pH ofsample.The experiment was carried out in 4 wethers of Hu sheep,3 buffalo cows and 3goats all fitted with rumen fistula.The total IBC of the three buffer systems(bicarbonate,phosphate and VFA)was closeto the value of buffering titration.Carbonate and VFA systems were the decisive buffers inthe rumen and phosphate system was the minor agent.IBC of the rumen fluid of buffalo was 69.3 mmol L^(-1) in green grass and 81.7mmolL^(-1) in rice straw feeding condition,of sheep was 57.5 and 61.5 mmol L^(-1) respectively.Therumen fluid of buffalo could buffer more acid than that of sheep and goats since the formerhad greater buffer capacities of VFA and bicarbonate systems simulta neously.
