摘要
在精料和稻草组成的基础口粮中添加等氮量的混合挥发性脂肪酸铵盐(AS-VFAB)或尿素.使非蛋白氮(NPN)占口粮总氮的30%,并以此饲喂4头装有永久性瘤胃和十二指肠瘘管的成年湖羊.比较研究前胃消化代谢和进入十二指肠的食糜变化.日粮中添加 AS-VFAB,引起瘤胃液 pH 值降低,NH_3-N 和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度升高.一昼夜进入十二指肠的食糜量为10.20L,食糜总氮13.35g,其中氨氮1.84g,非氨氮11.51g.与饲喂尿素日粮相比,食糜量和总氮减少.
4 adult Hu sheep fitted with permanent fistulas in the rumen and proximal duodenumwere used in this experiment.The digestion and metabolism in the complex stomach andthe changes in digesta passing to the duodenum of sheep were investigated.The diet sup-plemented with AS-VFAB decreased pH value and increased NH_3-N and TVFA concen-tration in the rumen.When the sheep were fed the diets supplemented with AS-VFAB,the volume ofdigesta passing to the duodenum was 10.20 liter diurnally which contained 13.35g of totalnitrogen(1.84g of NH_3-N and 11.51g of non-ammonia nitrogen).The mentioned amountsof digesta and total nitrogen were smaller than those when sheep were fed diets supple-mented with urea.
