摘要
选用24头内蒙黑猪进行β-肾上腺兴奋剂苯甲醇胺盐的饲喂和包埋试验。试验分为对照组、饲喂10ppm 组(试验Ⅰ)、饲喂20ppm 组(试验Ⅱ)和包埋50毫克/45天组(试验Ⅲ)。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组在猪肥育后期都使血清谷草转氨酶(S_(GOT))的含量升高,其升高范围在12.14~16.13%,(P<0.05)。在瘦肉率方面,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组分别比对照组提高5.89(P<0.01)和3.01百分单位(P<0.05)。胴体脂肪含量,试验Ⅰ组比对照组降低6.99百分单位(P<0.01)。另外各试验组最后肋骨处眼肌面积比对照组大21.51~40.92%(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。苯甲醉胺盐在提高胴体瘦肉含量和降低脂肪沉积的同时,导致背最长肌部分营养成分含量的下降。试验组肌肉的干物质、脂肪和钙含量,都低于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。
To study the effects of clenbuterol as a feed additive or embedding media on Carcass Composition and serum levels of some enzymes,four groups of six Inner Mongolian Black growing pigs were used.Three groups were fed a basal diet containing o(control)、10(Treatment Ⅰ)and 20 ppm(Treatment Ⅱ),and the remaining group was embedded 50mg(Treatment Ⅲ) clenbuterol for the 45—day trail.The results showed that the serum level of Glutamic—oxaloacetic transamiase(SGOT)of the pigs in Treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ was higher by 12.14~16.13%(P<0.05)than control in finishing period.Meanwhile,lean meat peroentage of the pig carcass in those two groups was increased by 5.89(P<0.01)and 3.01%(P<0.05),respectively; and fat content of the pigs in Treatment Ⅰ was less by 6.99%(P<0.01) than that in control group.The area of the longissimus muscle at the last rib of the pigs in all treatment groups was larger by 21.51—40.92% (P<0.05 or P<0.01).DM,fat and Ca contents of the longissimus muscle decreased(P<0.01)with increasing lean meat percentage and decreasing fat content in the pig carcass.
