This paper introduces four mathematical models using carrier phase measurements to point positioning. Computation shows that the accuracy of the point positioning from different mathematical models with same carrier phase dear is different. If selecting appropriate model in carrier phase data, the accuracy of the point positioning is almost same between carrier phase and p-code pseudorange.
