摘要
本文运用系统论思想和系统工程方法,探讨了地图集编制中的统一协调问题。认为编制地图集的过程实际上是构造两个系统的过程,即地图集信息系统和地图集生产管理系统。而统一协调问题便是构造这两个系统过程中的控制和调节问题。文中介绍了图集编制过程中统一协调的结构模式,以及《军官地图集》的统一协调工作。
This paper mainly deals with the problem of the harmonization in atlas production in two respects: the concept and the content which are discussed from the point of view of system theory and system engineering; me methods and the measures that are taken in the production of PLA OFFICIAL ATLAS .
