本文结合北美国家多用途地籍测量的经验,讨论了规划多用途地籍信息系统中必须考虑的几个技术问题:系统用户、用户对数据和信息产品的要求、空间信息分类与编码、系统收集数据的来源与方法,供正在着手或准备建立多用途地籍信息系统的设计人员参考。

According to the experiments of MPC in North American, this paper discusses some technical problems which must be considered: urers, reguirements of users for data and information products, classification and coding of data, source and methods of obtaining data. All of these are for designers (who are establishing or will establish MPCIS) reference.
