摘要
本文介绍了自行设计、制作的微型体外循环机(MECA),并应用该机对30只家兔施行了70分钟的体外循环,在体外循环前、中、后采样进行血气分析,溶血指数和热交换率等项目检测,结果显示:MECA 完全能满足兔、猫一类小动物低温体外循环状态下机体代谢的需要,可用于活体体外循环病理生理的实验研究和心肌保护的研究,较之使用大动物更为经济而简便。
The total cardiopulmonary bypass in 70 minutes performed on 30 rab- bits with miniature extracorporeal circulation apparatus (MECA) designed and made by authors is introduced in the article.Some parameters,e.g.blood gas analysis. index of hemolysis and heat exchange performance etc.were measured pre,during and post-cardiopulmonary bypass to investigate the functions of MECA.The satis- fied results have shown that MECA could be used on rabbit for the experimental studies of extracorporeal circulation and myocardial protection in vivo.
