摘要
观察大黄生物活性成份大黄素对免疫功能的影响,发现大黄素可抑制不同有丝分裂原(ConA,LPS)刺激的小鼠脾细胞增殖反应,抑制ConA诱导脾细胞IL的产生。其抑制作用与大黄素浓度成正比。进一步研究发现,培养后实验组细胞存活率与对照组基本相当,在ConA刺激脾细胞增殖的晚期加入大黄素仍有明显的抑制作用,提示大黄素是通过抑制细胞DNA的合成而发挥作用,并非细胞毒的作用。
Abstract The influence of Emodin, the ingredient of Rheum Officinale, on the immune reactions was studied. Emodin can inhibited Con-A and LPS-induced lymphocyte proliferation and suppressed IL-2 production of mouse spleen cells in vitro. These effects were dependent on the concentration of Embdin used, being in the range of 3-100ug/ml. The further studies showed that there was no obvious change in cell viability after cell co-cultured with Emodin for 72 hrs and the mar-kedly suppressive effect could still be observed even Emodin was added at the later period of Con-A trigged lymphocyte proliferation. These results suggested that the effect of Emodin on immune responses may partly be due to the inhibition of the synthesis of cell DNA.
