摘要
对43例垂体瘤患者的78只限做了101次动态和静态定量视野检查(术前78只眼,术后23只眼),经统计学处理结果表明,静态定量视野检查的视野异常检出率,高于动态视野检查。垂体瘤静态定量视野异常表现为单纯视野缩小、单纯敏感度阈值曲线下降和视野缩小伴敏感度阈值曲线下降。敏感度阈值曲线下降又分缓坡形和陡坡形。讨论了垂体瘤患者静态定量视野检查的意义,认为与动态视野检查相结合才能较全面、精确地反映出视野的改变。
Kinetic perimetry and static quantitative perimetry were made 101 times in all on the 78 eyes of 43 patients with pituitary tumors (78 eyes before and 23 eyes after the operations). The subsequent statistics show that the static quantitative perimetry detects abnormality in the field of vision at a higher rate than kinetic perimetry. Abnormality in the field of vision detected by static quantitative perimetry manifests itself in the mere narrowing of the field of vision, the mere downturn of the sensitivity threshold curve, and the narrowing of the field of vision accompanied by the downturn of the sensitivity threshold curve, which is sharp or gentle. The paper discusses the significance of static quantitative perimetry in the evaluation of patients with pituitary tumors and holds that combining the static with kinetic perimetry can comprehensively and accurately shows the change in the field of vision.
