摘要
用亲和层析法纯化的绵羊抗人Apo-A_1、抗Apo-B_(100)作为捕获抗体,酶标记SPA作为示踪剂,测定了缺血性心脏病(AHD)患者循环中Apo-A_1和Apo-B_(100)的自身免疫复合物。该法有较高的特异性和精密度。结果发现,AHD患者Apo-A_1IC、APo-B_(100)IC的水平与阳性率均较正常青年人与老年人高,且与自身抗Apo抗体的出现有一定的相关性,而与血清HDL或LDL浓度不相关。
Circulating antiapoprotein-A_1-apoprotein-A_1 and antiapoprotein-B_(100)-apoprotein-B_(100) complexes(Apo-A_1 IC and Apo-B_(100) IC) were detected in the patients with Atherosclerotic Heart Disease (AHD) by an ELISA technique with affinity purified sheep anti Apo-A_1 and anti-Apo-B_(100) as capture antibodies and peroxidase labeled SPA as indicators. The specificity and accuracy of the methods were guaranteed. The levels of circulating Apo-A_1 IC and Apo-B_(100) IC were significantly higher in AHD patients than in the normal adult controls and healthy old subjects. The results also showed that the presence of Apo IC was positivety correlated with the presence of anti-Apo-A_1 or anti-Apo-B_(100) autoantibodes but no correlation was found between the levels of Apo IC and that of high-density lipoprotein or low-density lipoprotein.
