紫穗槐叶杀虫成分的研究

RESEAREH ON THE INSECTCtDE COMPONENTS IN THE LEAVES OF THE AMORPHA FRUTICOSA(L)

本文首次报道从紫穗槐叶中同时分离出四种化合物,经鉴定分别为:6a、12a—脱氢—灰叶酚;6a,12a—脱氢—鱼藤素,(±)—灰叶素;(-)—6—羟基—6a、12a—脱氢——灰叶酚。对大皱鳃金龟甲的试验表明,这些化合物中的任何一种,单独给药时,均不具有明显的杀虫效果,但以一定的比例混合后给药,则表现出理想的杀虫效果。这可能是协同作用的结果。

Four compounds have been obtained for the first time from the lea- ves of Amorpha Fruticoca(L)。They Were identified as:(A)6a,12a —dehydro—α—toxi carol,(B)6a,12a—dehydro—deguelin,(C) (±) —Tephrosin,(D) (—)—6—hydroxy—6a' 12a—dehydro—toxicarol. Test made on Frematodes grandi semenol showed that each single compound was not toxicant,but the mixture of the four compounds was extremely toxic.Thus the cooperation may be possible.
