摘要
本文从 Baeriswl-Bishop 模型出发,研究了线性的 MX 链(M=过渡金属离子,X=卤素离子)的荷电扭折孤子所陷获的电子束缚态.结果表明,在 Peierls 能隙中除了已知的中央能隙态(midgap state)外还存在一个新的浅束缚态.对此浅束缚态与光吸收实验的可能联系,作了简单讨论.
We have studied bound electronic states trapped by a charged kink soliton in a linear MX chain(M=transition metal
ion and X=halogen ion)based on the Beriswyl-Bishop model.The results show that there exists a new shallow bound
state in the Peierls gap in addition to the weil-konw midgap state.Possible relations (?) optical absorption are discussed.
