NAA和GA_3对枳壳萌动种子的辐射保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究了^(60)Co—r射线对枳壳(P.trifoliata Raf.)萌动种子的辐射效应及NAA和GA_3的辐射保护作用。结果表明:^(60)Co—r射线对枳壳的出苗和生长的抑制随剂量的加大而增强。LD_(50)为5KR左右。各处理都能不同程度地诱导白化苗和白斑苗的产生。NAA和GA_3均能减轻辐身损伤,促进生长,可视为辐射保护因子。浓度为25mg/L的NAA或GA_3与8KR的辐射剂量为较好的诱变组合。 In this paper,the biological effects of radiation on P. trifoliata Raf. seeds radiated with 60Co - r rays and the protection effects of NAA and GA3were studied. The results showed that r rays checked the seedling growth The LD50was about 5 KR. r rays can induce the radiation damage and can be looked upon as the radiation protectors. NAA and GA3(all 25mg/L)with 8 KR r rays are the best treatments in this paper.
