摘要
本文揭示了山茶(Camellia japonical)不同芽次扦插的发根率和发根强度。在单芽扦插时,使叶子与地面垂直,插至叶子的1/3深处,管理比整枝插不会复杂和困难,而发根率比整枝高。不同芽次中,顶2芽、顶3芽的发根强度与整枝扦插相似。顶1芽因枝段短,营养不充分,发根强度明显偏低。顶4芽发根强度也较弱。枝条基段发根强度和发根率均比整枝强。大枝(具有二级分枝的枝条)用砂盆密插,插后三个月,发根率达到64.15%。死亡只有一株,占1.89%。
The rooting rater and rooting ability (root length xroot number)of different orderly bud stick and large offshoot of Chinese camellia (Camellia japonica L. ) have been observed in this paper of our experiment. It is not more complex or diffecult in culturing single bud cutting with its leaf vertically inserted into soil for about 1/3 than in culturing complete offshoot. Rooting rate of singe bud is higher than that of contrast (complete offshoot).
But the rooting ability of the latter is nearly the same compared with that of second bud stick from top and third bud stick. The first (top)bud stick and fourth bud stick have poore rooting ability in comparison with other treatment. Rooting rate and rooting ability of basic part of offshoot are higher than that of contrast. The test of 53 large offshoots with two brances inserted intensively into pot filled with sand for 3months showed that 34 offshoots are successful to root (64. 15%),only one died (1. 89%),the others (33. 96%). In our opinion ,the second,third bud stick ,basic part of offshoot and large offshoot can be used in Chinese camellia production.
