摘要
随着我国高等教育迈入大众化阶段,高校内外部的教育环境发生了巨大的变化,加强高教研究成为高教改革和发展的必然要求,因此高教研究再次受到政府和高校的重视。但是,目前我国高校的高教研究机构的职能、高教研究者的目的、高教研究成果的评价、高教研究的资源和范式尚存在着一些问题。针对高校高教研究存在的问题,在研究上要处理好有位与有为的关系,淡化功利性、强化学术性,成果评价上应注重质量、理论联系实践,研究范式上应处理好学科建设与问题研究的关系,并要有借鉴与创新。
With the popularization of higher education in our country, great changes have taken place in the internal and external educational environment of colleges and universities, which demand for the promotion of research in the reform and development of higher education and draw the attention of both the government and colleges. However, problems in the understanding and practice of higher education exist, such as the utility view for the purpose of the researcher and simplified quantification in the evaluation of achievements, etc. Accordingly, the following six relations shall be carefully coped with to resolve the existing problems, which include the relations between position and action, utility and academic achievement, quantity and quality, theory and practice, discipline development and study of the problems, and drawing on the experience of others and originality.
