摘要
通过跨胃粘膜电位测定,对12例DU患者和90例CG患者的胃粘膜屏障作了观察,发现DU患者胃粘膜屏障受损严重,甚于无溃疡CG患者,以窦部为突出,与其高CP感染率和胆汁反流较重有关,复方铋剂治疗对此有改善作用.
Gastric Mucosal barrier in 12 cases with duodenal ulcer was investigated by the measurment of gastric transmucosal potential difference (GTPD) and compared with that in 90 cases with nonulcer chronic gastritis. The impairment of the gastric mucosal barrier in duodenal ulcer, mainly in antrum, was more severe than that in nonulcer gastritis,CP infection and bile reflux were responsible for the impairment. The impairment of gastric mucosal barrier was reduced after treatment with De-Nol.
