Diameter Distribution of Chunmee Stalks and the Diameter Difference Separating Mechanism

本研究调查了眉茶的梗径分布,提出了直径分拣原理及样机。试验结果表明,该原理对尚需手拣的茶叶进行梗叶分离是有效的,理想的拣梗率在50%—65%,而茶叶总误拣率只有6.7%—13.3%,从而可使手拣人工减少32.4%—63.7%。

A survey on the diameter distribution of Chunmee stalks was conducted,nd based on which,a diameter difference separating principle and a pilotmachine was developed.Results showed that the stalk-separated ratiomight reach a level as high as that of any other kind of stalk-separator.For separating the tea to be separating manually,the optimum stalk-separating ratio ranged 50%—65% correponding to an economic,totalmisseparating ratio of 6.7%—13.3%.Manually separating labour could becut down by 32.4%—63.7% by using this principle.
