摘要
本文研究了绿茶提取物(T-8750)对胃癌高发人群体内 N-亚硝基脯氨酸合成阻断作用,结果表明,绿茶提取物具有明显的阻断 N-亚硝基脯氨酸在人体内的合成,阻断率分别为:浅表性胃炎组91%(P<0.001),肠化生组92%(P<0.001),胃癌及不典型增生组89%(P<0.001),这一结果对消化道肿瘤的病因性预防具有重要意义。
Investigations on the cancer-preventing effect of Chinese Green Teaextracts were carried out by the authors in Muping County,Sandong pro-vince,the high frequent incidence area of Gastric Carcinoma.Thirty-threeearly gastric carcinoma patients were selected as volunteers from this couty.Results showed that the extracts of Chinese Green Tea performed a signi-ficant effect on blocking the formation of N-nitroso-proline in human body,i.e.11 cases of chronic superficial gastric(CSG)group(average age 54)showed 91% blocking rate(P<0.001),11 cases of intenstine metaplasticgroup(average age 55)showed 92%(P<0.001),and 11 cases of early gas-tric carcinoma and dysplacia(average age 54)showed 89%(P<0.001).Itwas proved that Chinese Green Tea extracts play an important role inpreventing human beings from digestive tract cancer.
