摘要
本文研究了茶树未成熟胚离体培养成苗的培养基、培养条件和试管苗的移植技术要点。从供诱导的8个品种中,成功地培养出近千株试管苗,其中盆栽茶苗500余株,露地栽植的404丛,首批茶树生长高度已达80厘米左右。培养物最多的继代培养已达20次。再生和完整植株在遗传特性上是稳定的。这一技术的研究成功,将对茶树种质资源的保存,提高茶籽,尤其是有性杂交或远缘杂交种子、诱变种子的能育率及诱获一籽多苗具有实际应用价值。
The optional medium and other suitable conditions for in vitro culture oftea immature embryo,as well as the transplanting technique of test-tubeseedlings were investigated.About 1000 regenerated plantlets were propagatedfrom 8 varieties,of which 404 were transplanted in the fields and more than500 in the pots,and some of them reached 80cm.The culture had beensubcultured for 20 times at most.Regenerated plantlets were found stable ingenetic behavior.Further studies on this technique will prove its practicalvalue in perserving tea gerplasm resources,raising the fertility of tea seed,especially of those from sexal hybridization,distant hubridization and muta-tion breeding,and getting multiple plantlets from one seed.
