摘要
2-氯苯磺酰异氰酸酯和2-(磺酰基异氰酸酯)苯甲酸甲脂是合成超高效磺酰脲类除草剂的两个重要中间体,本文报道了分别以2-氯苯胺为原料,以重氮化、氯磺化、氨化或以糖精为原料,经水解甲酯化,然后再与草酰氯反应制得相应的苯磺酰基异氰酸酯的合成路线,简化了文献报道的方法。
2-Chloro-benzensulfonyl isocyanate and methyl 2- (sulfonyl- isocyanatc) benzoate are two of the main intcrmcdiacs for synthesis of super high active sulfonyl urea herbicides. The synthetic method that this paper reports dcalcd with diazotisation to 2-chloro-anilinc followed by chlorosulfonation, animation or hydrolysis to saccharin followed by methyl esterification, then reaction with oxalyl chloride to produce relative phcnylsulfonyl isocyanate, and simplified the method reported by literature.
