催化动力学分析法测定草毒和人发中痕量锰

摘要 本文研究了在pH4.78的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,用氨三乙酸(NTA)作为活化剂,锰离子对高碘酸氧化结晶紫退色反应的催化效应及其动力学条件,对试样无需预先分离,从而建立了痕量锰催化分光光度法,具有高的选择性。65℃时灵敏度达5.88×10^(-12)gMn/ml,线性范围为1.59~79.32ngMn/26.2ml。 In this paper a new catalytic-spcctrophotomctric method is proposed for the determination of trance amounts of manganese in strawberry and human hair without any preliminary separation. The method is based on the manganese-catalysed oxidation of crystal violet by potassium pcriodate with the use of nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator in HAC-NaAc buffer solution(pH 4.78). The method has high selectivity , its sensitivity is 5.88 × 10-12g Mn/ml and its linear range is 1.59-79.32 ng Mn/ml, at 65℃.
