Catalytic synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate in Liquid Phase Using Acid HPWA

本文报导杂多酸HPWA对乙酸正丁酯液相合成反应的催化行为,通过对几种催化剂的催化作用比较、杂多酸HPWA用量不同的催化效果以及杂多酸重复使用效果的实验,发现杂多酸HPWA对乙酸正丁酯液相合成反应的催化作用明显优于硫酸等催化剂,是一种效果良好的液相合成乙酸正丁酯的催化剂。

The catalytic behaviors of heteropoly acid HPWA in esterification of n-butyl alcohol (with acetic acid in liquid phase ) have been investigated. The effects of different amounts for catalyst HPWA used and its lifetime were examined. In comparison with some other catalysts, the resulis obtained show that catalytic activity of HPWA is apparently higher than that of others such as H2SO4 and it is a superior catalyst.
