摘要
本文报道由大豆蛋白工业废渣制取羧甲基纤维素钠的方法,将豆渣中的非纤维素组份除去,其纤维素在异丙醇—水混合溶剂中经氢氧化钠碱化、一氯乙酸醚化,然后精制提纯,获得中等粘度(100—700厘泊)的羧甲基纤维素钠,回收率20—35%,文章还讨论除杂质、碱浓度以及原料配比对产品粘度的影响。
This paper reports the manufacture process of carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt from soybean protein waste. Noncellulose components are removdn by alkali solution and the cellulose is alkalized with so-dium hydroxide in isopropanol - water mixed solvent, and then etherealized with monochloroac(?) -tic acid. It is then refined to obtain middle viscosity ( 100-700 CPS ) Na-carboxymethylcellulose with 20-35% yield. The paper also discusses the in luence of impurities elimination, alkali concentration and material propor tion on the viscosity of products.
