摘要
本文介绍了在科技工作定量管理中,利用微机对科研论文进行管理的方法,并介绍了系统结构及其功能。
In this present article a method is introduced for managing the articles of scientific research with a microcomputer in the quantitative management of scientific activities and the structure and function of the system are also given.
