摘要
The characters of cosmic ray ray Forbush decrease caused by solar flares in March 1989 are analyzed in this paper. The relationship between the cosmic ray intensity variations and the characters of solar flares and geomagnetic activities are discussed, and the anisotropy properties for μ-meson component are also shown.
