摘要
本文结合东风4型机车牵引齿轮,探讨了提高齿面接触强度的途径,即从现行结构实际出发;①在保证心距,模数,压力角不变,②小齿轮齿顶不变尖,重叠系数不减小。③齿轮不根切、不产生过渡曲线干涉的条件下,仅对齿数和变位系数进行优化设计、计算表明:改进方案提高了节点附近接触强度、改善了齿面摩擦状态,减轻了啮合冲击和噪音。
It is explored how increase surface cantact strength of gear by taking driving gear of Dong-Feng-4 locomotive for example. On the basis of currently practical construction, under the conditions of ensuring that the centre distanee, the module and the engaging angle of gear are not changed, the addendum of Pinion gear doesn't become sharp, overlap coeffici- ent doesn't decrease, gear root doesn't be cut and interference of transition curve Cant appear, the optimum designs of tooth number and change factor have been made. It is shown that the contact strength near the Pitch has been increased, the friction state of gear surface has been improred and meshing shock and noise have been decreased by improving Plan.
