电荷耦合器件的象质评价技术

本文介绍了电荷耦合器件的工作原理,运用图象积分抽样理论,并利用刀口响应方法对电荷耦合器件象质进行了完整评价.用真频传递能力、混淆效应信息密度等示性参数准确表征了电荷耦合器件的成象特性,给出了线阵电荷耦合器件的测试结果。

This paper describes the PrinciPle of Charse Coupled Devices.According to the theory of integral sampling in optics,and using edge-response,we evaluate intactly the Charge Coulped devices.The par- ameters,which are the real frequency transfer ability,alising effecf,and the information density,accuratly character the jmagirg characteristice of Charge CouPled Devices.The testing of Charge Coupled Devices linear array is presented.
