表面硬化齿轮齿面强度计算的探讨

摘要 本文提出以疲劳振幅最大值[A(τ_(YZ)/Hv)]_(max)作为剥落计算判据,结合东风4型机车牵引齿轮计算表明:剥离裂纹的产生不仅与表面下的剪应力有关,而且与硬度及其分布有关。根据齿表下疲劳振幅最大值[(Aτ_(YZ)/Hv)]_(max)的大小和位置,就可以预测剥离裂纹的发生。文中编制的剥离计算机程序为剥落分析提供了计算工具。 This paper Provides the maximum amplitude of fatigue for eoidence of the spalling calculate,It has been Shown that driving gear of Dong-Feng4 diesel locmotive was calculated.Development of spalling flake is relative not only to the Subsurface of Shearing force but also to the hard- ness and hardness distribution.According to the size and locality ofbsur- face maximum amplitude,of fatigue、it is easy to Predict the development of spalling flake.In order to supply spalling analyses with calculating tool, the spalling program is presented in this Paper.
