摘要
本文采用X射线粉末衍射、热分析、化学分析、电镜观察、阳离子交换量测定及造浆率测定等方法,对湖北东部各膨润土矿中蒙脱石的形态、成分及结构畸变进行研究,阐明蒙脱石的结晶度、有序度、膨胀层含量,膨胀倍数与造浆率呈正相关性;而造浆率与结构畸变度呈反相关关系。
In this paper, the morphology, composition and structural deformation of the montmorillonite within various bentonite ores from eastern Hubei are studied with X-ray powder diffraction, thermal analyses, chemical analysis electron microscopic observation and the determinations of cation exchange capacity and pulpification rate. The crystallinity, degree of order and percentage of expansible layers and swelling times of the montmorillonite have positive correlation to the pulpification rate, whereas the pulpific—ation rate of montmorillonite has reverse correlation to its structural deformability.
