宽光谱透过的立方二向分光镜

摘要 介绍在制造“立方二向分光镜”时怎样综合分析,调整n_k、n_H、n_L等可变因素,更有效地减少光偏振,并通过计算实例加以说明。在实际工作中镀出了膜面效率为ρ_(1.00μm)>97%,τ_(0.43~0.9μm)平均>95%的立方二向分光镜。 It is introduced how to analyse and adjust comprehensively the variable factors, such as n,nH and nL etc.,in making cubic bidirectional spectroscrope in order to reduce light polarization effectively and it is illuminated through some calculation examples. In practice, the cubic bidirectinnal spectroscope with a film efficiency of greater than 97% for(?).06μm and greater than 95% for () (mean) has been made.
