摘要
本文介绍了隧道电炉窑微机控制系统的软件设计思想和实现方法。文中详细叙述了PID控制与Bang-Bang控制相结合的控制方法,并对数据的采集与处理、可控硅的通断控制以及均衡负载的实现等问题进行了讨论。
This paper presents the design and realization of software for microcomputer control system for continuous tunnel electric furnace. The paper describes in detail the control method which incorporates PID control with Bang-Bang control;Questions such as datal acquisition and processing, On-off control of the controlled silicon switch and realization of equalizing load are discussecl.
