摘要
从扶正和祛邪,补阴和补阳,健脾和补肾三个方面论述了再生障碍性贫血中医治疗的几个问题。强调祛邪是治疗再障不可缺少的方法,运用补法治疗再障,应气血阴阳兼顾,先后天并补,阴中求阳,阳中求阴。
This paper comments on several problems of TCM to treat aplastic anemia from the follow respects supporting the healthy energy and invigorating yang;reinforing the spleen and reinforing the kidney.The writer emphasized that eliminating the evil factors is an important method on threating aplastic anemia and consideration must be given to qi-blood,yin and yang both innaten- ess and after birth,deriving yin from yang,deriving yang from yin.
