罗勒微量元素的测定——罗勒化学成份的研究(二)

摘要 用原子吸收分光光度计火焰法、石墨炉法和荧光分光光度法测定罗勒不同采收期及不同部位的微量元素。结果表明花盛期罗勒的微量元素丰富(铁293.6ppm、锰51.7ppm、锌30.5ppm、铜12.6ppm)、并有微量元素硒。与常用活血化淤药和补肾药丹参、延胡索、黃精、鳖甲、六味地黄丸相比,除黄精的铁元素含量(522.0ppm)高于罗勒,其它微量元素均以花盛期罗勒为高。此项实验结果提示罗勒治疗女性不孕除因其含有雌激素类物质外,还与其丰富的微量元素有关。 The trace elements in different parts and different collecting periods of Ocimum basilicum L are tested with atomic absorption spectrophotometry, fluorometry and graphite stove method.In bloom the content of trace elements is richost.Fe 293.6ppm,Mn 51.7ppm.Zn30.5ppm,Cu12.6ppm and trace amount of Se.Compared with Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhizoma corydalis,Poly- gonatum sibiricum,Carapax trionycis and Liuweidihuang wan,except Fe in polygonatum sibiricum(522.0ppm),the other trace elements we have determined are richest in Ocumum basilicum L,which suggest that the action of Ocimum ba- silicum L in the treatment of women's sterility be associated not only with est rogen but also with various trace elements it contains.
