有机涂层表面真空镀铝的研究

A STUDY OF VACUUM-DEPOSITED AI ON ORGANIC COAT

在有机涂层表面真空蒸发镀铝的蒸镀过程中,有机涂层内有机挥发物质及水分的挥发放气,影响真空蒸发镀铝过程和蒸镀铝膜的质量。在分析真空镀铝过程的热力学与动力学的基础上,重点研究了在塑料膜和纸的卷材上有机涂层表面蒸镀铝膜的质量与成膜条件及沉积速率对铝膜反射率的影响。研究结果对具有有机涂层的各种材料表面的真空镀膜,均有参考价值。

On the process of vacuum-deposited Al on organic coat, the film quality is affected dy gases from the organic volatile matter and water vapour in the coat. Therefore, it appears very important to study this process.During the systematic study on the hot stamping foil and decoration material, we have made researchs on the theory and technology of vacuum-deposited Al on the plastic coat, According to the dynamics and thermodynamics analysis of Vacuum-deposited Al on organic coat, the main research is done on the effect of the deposition rate on the reflectance of the deposited Al film.The results of this paper is also helpful to the study of vacuum-deposited Al on different organic coats.
