高T_c超导体YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)表面结构的SEELFS谱研究

摘要 本文利用表面广延能量损失精细结构(SEELFS)技术研究了高T_c超导体YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)(T_c=91K)的表面结构。运用本实验室编制的一个程序对从Cu M_(2,3)边上的SEELFS振荡测量值作数据分析,得到了铜原子周围的径向分布函数。经相移校正,算得了表面铜氧原子间距。 The technique of surface extended energy-loss fine structure (SEELFS) has been used to study the surface structure of high T_c superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x) (T_c=91K). By using a program developed in this lab, the radial distribution functions around the copper atom were obtained by analyzing the data from the measurements of SEELFS oscillation at Cu M_(2,3)—edge. After phaseshift corretion, the interatomic distance between the copper and the oxygen on the surface was calculated.
