摘要
本文详细报道了由氯代异戊烯出发合成2,2-二氯-3,3-二甲基环丙基甲(I)的两种方法。路线1:氯代异戊烯转变为异戊烯醇,后者在 Makosza 条件下与二氯卡宾发生反应可得(I);路线2:氯代异戊烯与苯甲酸钠在相转移催化(PTC)条件下成酯,后者按 Makosza 法进行二氯环丙烷化反应后再经碱性水解即得(I)。实验结果表明,路线2较为理想。
This paper presents a detail description for the synthesis of 2,2-dichloro-3,3-dimethylcyclopropylmethanol(Ⅰ)from prenyl chloride by two routes.Route 1:(Ⅰ)can be prepared by the gem -dichlorocyclopropanation of prenol according to Makosza method,whereby prenol is generated from Prenyl chlorlde.Route 2:(Ⅰ)is prepared by the gem-dichloro cyclopropanation of prenyl benzoate under Makosza conditions,and followed by alkaline hydrolysis of the resultant derivative of gem-dichlorocyclopropanation of prenyl benzoate,whereby prenyl benzoate is generated by the action of preayl chloride and sodium benzoate in the presence of phase transfer catalyst.It is found that route 2 is more ideal.
